Refunds After Testing
Refunds processed after drug and or DNA test completion or kit shipment, are NON REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations within 48 hours after payment has been made will incur administrative fees starting at $25 and up.

Returns Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the original packaging if possible.
Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

We provide reliable DNA and drug testing services with clear refund and cancellation policies, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction throughout the process of your testing experience.
Refunds at DOT MedCare DNA are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment are not eligible for full refunds. A $75 cancellation fee is imposed if appointment is cancelled after the 48 hour period. If DOT MedCare DNA requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Test can only be rescheduled
Refund and Cancellation Policies
If a full payment is made and the appointment is later canceled, a $25 cancellation fee applies for after-birth DNA testing, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing.
All DNA testing services provided by DOT MedCare DNA have estimated completion times that are discussed at the time of testing. while results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.
No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
